Michel has a reputation as an inspiring change agent and has led national and international transformation programs in large enterprises. Michel comes to Itility after spending 5+ years at CGI where he led several organizational transformations in European Business Units, amongst others in Germany. Previously, he served as director at KPN, transforming operations in B2B IT services.
