Hope foundation India - inauguration smartboards

To really distuptively improve something for children from slums in India, that is the dream of our former colleague Roger Prince. With ASMLs project “30 for change” no less than 25,000 euro is collected to install Smartboards in the Agnes Kunze Academy (which is part of the Hope Foundation India that we sponsor). A few years ago, Roger flew to the Hope Home to hand over an Itility-sponsored Security installation, and this time we sponsored him by financing the trip to “inaugurate” these fine Smartboards.

On April 16 2015 the official commissioning took place and Hope India became the first school in the India slums to have Smartboards. Big news in the newspapers and even a letter from the prime minister. Hopefully this acquaintance with modern technology will help to provide a better future for the students. Roger, congratulations making this nice dream become a reality!
