For us IT specialists, it can be quite a challenge to absorb all new digital technology and activities into our existing IT platforms. But we have to, we have to take intrinsic strategic steps in the digital direction – for example by applying DevOps, Agile, robotics, and chatbots in our own IT Operations. By changing our own course in the digital direction, we can better anticipate the new developments that business customers want. We then can truly help them in their digital transformation by acting as their digital partner.
